Brief:
Guiding the creation of Royal Oak Senior Living's brand identity, the aim was to infuse their new retirement home with a luxurious and distinct image. The process involved naming the residence and ensuring a standout brand that defied typical retirement home conventions. Research and initial design exploration laid the foundation for the logo, featuring an iconic 'R' chosen without alterations. The comprehensive suite of brand materials, spanning business collateral, apparel, and vehicle branding, contributed to an impressive 90% occupancy rate. This surpassed expectations despite the residence's small, somewhat secluded location, highlighting the brand's effectiveness in overcoming geographical challenges while gaining widespread community recognition.
